i’ve been feeling weird lately and i don’t know what it is. here is a list of suspicious problems/symptoms: -i can’t sleep (i’ve slept 14 hours the past 4 days) -i’m feeling sad for no reason -i feel worried even though there’s no reason to, its summer and i’m doing nothing -i wake up in the middle of the night and feel like crying, also some songs trigger tears even if theyre not soooo sad -i’m not so interested in girl scouts anymore, i never feel like camping -i have a migraine nearly every day i lost my ability to read last year and have been doing school work orally. reading was my life, so i’m a little worried that my body is upset even though i don’t quite acknowledge it. should i be concerned? do you think i’m depressed? thanks a lot. i’m not being funny and i stop with the freaking labels!!!!! it’s not like i cut myself. i’m not just some brooding, self centered person. in the past 5 months i’ve had 2 spinal surgeries and a billion doctors appointments because of my eye problems. thanks anyways for your answers. i know this sounds totally lame, but i have a color disorder so i can only see things with strong backlights and i don’t need to see to type. hope this clears things up.

I believe it’s a migraine because it’s on one side of my head & it’s a pulsing headache. It doesn’t hurt very badly, but enough to be annoying. I’ve had scans done before because of my problems with headaches, but nothing was found. What would you do? I’m currently on medication for depression & anxiety. Unfortunately, they aren’t helping me like they did you. LUCKY!!! Haha. I’ve already done the journal thing. That didn’t help me any. Yes, I’ve taken pregnancy tests & all have been negative. At the point I’m at in my cycle, I wouldn’t be pregnant even after trying. It’s way too soon since I haven’t even ovulated yet & had a period my last cycle.

Like you, I struggle with weekly migraines and yet, I still do things that I know are migraine triggers. Would you, if it meant you would be virtually free of migraines: Give up red wine? Never eat chocolate again? Stop eating dairy products? Pay for a gym membership? Give up 1/2 hour daily for some mild aerobic exercise? Meditate every day? Go to bed every night at the same time? If you HAVE done any of these things, even for a week, did it help to control your migraines? Thank you. PS This question is not about food supplements or drugs. It’s about NOT triggering migraines. Keep up!

a few weeks before xmas i think i had a panic attack, it started because i had a severe migraine and i think the pain brought on a panic attack, i had this overwhelming fear that i was going to die, my heart felt as though it was going to pound out of my chest and then i lost all control shaking felling sick, dazed breathless numbness in my hand si felt as though i was on drugs, it was unbelievably scary i ended up in hospital as i didn’t no what was going on they gave me no answers. so i just forgot about it hoped that’s would be the end but last night completley out of the blue it happened again only this time i didnt have a migrane or any pain to trigger it witch made it all the more scary im sure there panic attacks but i dont want my doctor to put me on pills for them, do you think this will happen again and turn into a disorder if i dont speak to my doctor. i really need some advise from someone who has experienced similar things thanks..
