constant headache (more like a tension or sinus headache, not a migraine), dizziness, exhaustion, and disorientation. I have been spacing out constantly. Whether it be while reading, working, or doing pretty much anything. I would assume it’s a sinus infection, but I don’t have a runny nose (quite the contrary, actually, it’s very dry), I’m not coughing or flemmy in any way. What do you think I have?

- About four days ago I got a very bad one sided headache. It was such an odd feeling, right behind my eye and on the side of my head, through my neck. I called the nurse line and they said it was either a migraine or a sinus thing. Ever since then, my eyes hurt so bad, they are sensitive to light and my head is burning all around my eyes, forehead, below my eyes and I have pressure in the back of my head and behind my eyes. I don’t have a fever but I have been getting a few chills. My ear and jawline are sore and so are my brow bones and nose. I have no clue what’s going on! My neck is also burning and sore. I have bouts of extreme flu like fatigue. I’ve been using a bottle of Flonase and when I spray it, it burns something fierce in my sinus areas and also into my head. Cold compresses between my head seem to ease the pain a bit. Could this be a sinus infection or something else? I have an appointment for thursday but the doc can’t see me until then.
