migraine headache or what? I have a confusing problem?

Here is my situation. I get migrain and sinus headaches. But I had sinus surgery and I have no more pain around my cheekbones. But last week I got a severe pain all across my forehead and to my temples and then the second day of the headache it was just on the right side of my head and that lasted for two days. Was that a migraine or what do you think? My doctor gave me migrain medcine called treximet. Could my sinus trouble move from my cheeks to my forehead after the sinus surgery?
